2) Eligibility & account rules

• You must be at least 18 years old and above the legal gambling age where you are located.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation/bots, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or violating others’ rights (privacy/IP).
• Buying/selling/transferring accounts or virtual items, or attempting to monetize gameplay outcomes.

4) Purchases (if offered)

Any optional in-app purchases provide access to virtual items only. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law. Nothing purchased can be redeemed for cash or value.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, software, and content are owned by or licensed to Korvixanz Limited. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Korvixanz Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable).

7) Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by New Zealand law and submitted to the courts of New Zealand (Auckland), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

8) Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Service. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. Sections intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will continue after termination.
